We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about culinary excellence and eager to develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food preparation across all kitchen stations, providing assistance to cooks as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
- Manage the ordering and quality inspection of all food items required for menu execution.
- Maintain kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor food costs as directed.
- Encourage minimal waste among staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to boost employee morale.
Candidates with prior supervisory experience and a culinary degree are preferred. Proficiency in English, French, and/or Spanish is advantageous.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to create structure within a team setting. A strong work ethic and commitment to food safety protocols are essential. This is a full-time, salaried position.
Essential Competencies & Qualifications:

- Capability to work independently, execute tasks without direct supervision, and find effective solutions to challenges.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulatory guidelines.

- Adept at performing calculations related to discounts, proportions, and percentages.

- Ability to train and inspire team members.

- Capacity to produce a high volume of accurate and high-quality work within deadlines.
- Ability to build client relationships and ensure maximum satisfaction.
