Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular reviews and proactive communication.

  • Policy Management: Analyze clients' needs and provide informed recommendations to optimize their insurance coverage.
  • Custom Solutions: Develop personalized insurance strategies for clients considering their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with our team of experts to enhance client services and contribute to team success.
  • Continual Learning: Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and trends to offer cutting-edge advice.
  • Claims Support: Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims.
  • Business Development: Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products via networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, responding to inquiries, and addressing insurance eligibility and claim submissions questions.
  • Record Management: Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current.
  • Needs Assessment: Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Possess a strong motivation and drive to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Integrity: Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage client relationships and insurance needs.
  • Insurance Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required. Customer service or sales experience is highly valued.
  • License Requirements: Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite is required.
