We are looking for a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to become a vital part of our team. Key Responsibilities

Inventory Oversight:

  • Accurately receive, count, and document incoming inventory.
  • Continuously monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies between records and physical counts.
  • Assist in performing regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify potential issues.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Input inventory data into computerized systems while ensuring records are up-to-date.
  • Generate necessary inventory reports and summaries.
  • Maintain documentation related to inventory movements, adjustments, and transfers.

Order Processing:

  • Prepare and fulfill orders based on inventory availability and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Stock Monitoring and Replenishment:

  • Track stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as required.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding inventory shipments and deliveries.

Quality Assurance:

  • Inspect incoming inventory for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures for incoming goods.

Inventory Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance inventory management processes and reduce costs.
  • Implement best practices for effective inventory control.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding inventory status and challenges.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar capacity is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
