  • Provide immediate technical assistance either in-person or remotely, escalating issues to IT Engineers when necessary.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new team members to familiarize them with our IT systems and software tools.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures, manuals, and documentation.
  • Record solutions for frequently encountered issues.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare equipment for new hires.
  • Oversee hardware inventory.
  • Refurbish existing laptops and desktops for future use.
  • Set up and rearrange workstations, including monitors, docking stations, headsets, and other peripherals.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in both Mac and PC operating systems.
  • Skilled in using Outlook, Teams, and Office 365 applications.
  • Experienced in Google Workspace administration.
  • Capable of troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian applications (Jira ITSM) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
  • Experience with shell scripting and/or Python is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Azure Administration is preferred (including Entra ID, Group management, Exchange Online).
