Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of OSHA and other relevant regulatory requirements and documentation.
  • Act as a bridge between insurance carriers and clients, ensuring clarity on risk control and management matters.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to lead meetings and special projects, serving as a resource for training and new business strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with both internal and external customers, as well as insurance carriers, through effective communication.
  • Share your knowledge through educational initiatives in your areas of expertise.
  • Engage in organizational initiatives that promote our core values, including encouraging community involvement among colleagues.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in risk management: You are a seasoned insurance professional skilled in advocating for clients. A degree in risk management or safety is preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in an insurance agency or carrier role focused on risk control. Experience in Construction and Agribusiness is highly valued.
  • Commitment to continuous learning: You are dedicated to professional development and may hold industry designations such as Certified Safety Professional or Associate Safety Professional, or demonstrate a strong desire to obtain one.
  • Exceptional communication skills: You can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and possess the ability to present concepts clearly, both visually and verbally.
  • Project management experience is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: You are a supportive colleague who enjoys fostering positive relationships.
  • Dependability: You are known for meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy and completeness in your work.
  • Technical proficiency: You have extensive experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technology tools.
  • Alignment with core values: You embody accountability, balance, excellence, integrity, respect, and humanity.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
