Job Summary

MCC Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our communities are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas to ensure they are neat and free of litter.
  • Remove trash and debris from vacant apartments and transfer trash to dumpsters or storage areas as applicable.
  • Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned by the Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
  • Change locks and ensure gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standards.
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary.
  • Observe and promote safety and risk management in accordance with local, federal, state, and company rules and regulations.
  • Participate in emergency on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments and address emergency issues appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
  • Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to thirty-five (35) pounds independently and fifty-five (55) pounds with assistance.
  • Must be able to read technical information and/or use a keyboard, computer, and iPad.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
