Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Mortgage Advisor to join our team at BECU. As a Sr Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for connecting with members and brokers to create meaningful mortgage solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships, and generating new mortgage relationships to drive BECU's growth.

• Create personalized mortgage solutions for members, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, builders, and other professionals to deepen mortgage sourcing relationships.
• Prospect and generate new mortgage relationships to drive BECU's growth and expansion.
• Contribute to individual and team goals, coaching and developing referral generation, and enhancing the member experience.
• Represent BECU in the community, participating in events and organizations to generate new mortgage business and educate others about BECU's mortgage products and services.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for member issues and concerns, demonstrating the value and support BECU offers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or education-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, self-generating mortgage volume of $12 million or greater annually.
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
