We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Maine Course Hospitality Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay from reservation to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, answer phones, and respond to guest inquiries or requests.
- Front Desk Operations: Process payments, handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and manage the operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out.
- Reservations and Guest Assistance: Assist guests with reservations, provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, complete daily reports, and balance cash drawers.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
