Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure exceptional patient care and service.
  • Monitor and analyze practice metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners to promote a positive reputation and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in dental office management or 3+ years of dental assistant management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment, leadership, and flexibility in varying situations.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills required.
  • Dental software experience required.
  • Able to contribute both individually and as part of a team.
