Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Hospitality Operations to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hotel team, ensuring that all staff are motivated and empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability, while maintaining control over costs and expenses.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all hotel operations are running efficiently and effectively, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience throughout their stay.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and talents of team members, providing training and development opportunities to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all hotel operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in hotel management.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management or business, and/or CHA designation preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
