About the Role

At Inspire Event Technologies LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Event Technology to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating relationships with key venue personnel to enhance our business relationship with the venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for Inspire Event Technologies LLC to both clients and hotel management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Event Technology Management: Manage daily setup and striking of audio-visual equipment for meetings and major corporate events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Inventory Control and Management: Oversee inventory control to ensure equipment is tracked and accounted for at all times, minimizing losses and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Financial Management: Handle all monthly billing and invoicing to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Management: Manage Full-time and Part-time sales and operational team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and accountability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience working as an audio-visual director or supervisor, with previous hotel AV Director experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate concepts and directions effectively. Proficiency in technology and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as event management, hospitality, or technology.
