Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Security Officer. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the parking areas to prevent and detect any security breaches or incidents.
  • Collaborate with other security team members to maintain a safe and secure environment for all individuals on site.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or security incidents, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or incidents to the security management team.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as parking and facilities, to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a security or customer service role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
