About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at AS&E. As a Sales Director, Defense and Military, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the defense and military sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the defense and military sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the defense and military industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the defense and military sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal teams and external partners
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and forecasts
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent business experience
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in the security industry, or BD with US Government agencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with other strong personalities
  • Working knowledge of contracts processes and procedures
  • Experience/familiarity with sales/business development processes and CRM
  • Previous experience conducting and presenting analysis for sales strategy, and capture plans
  • Record of driving and achieving bold goals and establishing and executing to best-in-class metrics
  • Security Clearance: Secret
