Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the training department, including training project managers, training development leads, and trainers.
  • Develop and implement training strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or education, or equivalent industry experience.

  • Knowledge of x-ray imaging and security systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
