As our organization expands, our Inside Operations team plays a vital role in advancing our mission of enhancing every home by ensuring that all projects are evaluated promptly to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
As a Bath Quality Assurance Specialist at Messiah College, you will be instrumental in this mission by fostering habits of precision and meticulousness to guarantee that all tasks are assessed efficiently and effectively.
Reporting Structure
You will report directly to the Procurement Manager and the Bath Review Team Lead, collaborating closely with the Bath Review team and the Purchasing department.

Your Contributions
In this role, you can expect to:
- Assess measurements and images provided by Design Consultants/Sales Representatives.
- Identify when an on-site evaluation is necessary and coordinate with Scheduling Coordinators to arrange pre-installation meetings.
- Develop an Operations Measure Sheet and Materials List for Purchasing to fulfill orders and for Installers to reference during installation.
- Demonstrate your expertise in all shower and bath product lines and offerings.
