Position Overview:
The Evening Room Attendant will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms. This role includes addressing maintenance concerns and responding to guest inquiries and issues. Additionally, support for the Laundry Department during evening hours is required.
Position Qualifications:
Candidates must be capable of performing cleaning tasks for extended periods, with the ability to stand for long durations and lift weights ranging from 20 to 50 pounds. Previous cleaning experience is essential, along with a keen attention to detail and adherence to the high standards set by the establishment. Proficiency in operating laundry equipment, including industrial washers and dryers, is also necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A positive demeanor is essential, as is the ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. While prior experience in hospitality is advantageous, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, including availability to work during holidays. Candidates must meet the minimum age requirements for positions involving alcohol and food service.
