At Hillstone Restaurant Group, we are seeking a skilled Maître d' / Greeter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including seating, serving, and expediting.
  • Collaborate with the server team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate, ranging from $38-$40 per hour.
  • A tipshare program, providing an additional $23-$25 per hour.
