Position Summary:

We are in search of a driven and experienced Aesthetic Solutions Sales Consultant who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty sector and excels in cultivating client relationships to promote our offerings. In this role, you will be tasked with enhancing sales and broadening our clientele by leveraging your sales acumen alongside your product and technical expertise within your assigned region. You will collaborate closely with your regional sales team, participating in regular meetings under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales. This position will also involve coordinating sales activities and processes with potential and existing clients through our Hub Spot CRM, while managing necessary administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at meeting sales objectives and increasing market share.
  • Identify and connect with prospective clients, including medical spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other aesthetic professionals.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the advantages and features of our offerings.
  • Proactively recruit medical professionals to participate in seminars, training sessions, and conventions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently visiting medical spas within your designated accounts and territory.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
  • Participate in weekly meetings under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales; develop sales strategies to enhance sales activities and achieve target performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote our products.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
  • Maintain daily entries in the Hub Spot CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the aesthetic or medical device sectors.
  • Strong comprehension of the aesthetic market and skincare products.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
