As an Area Manager for Living Options & Services, you will oversee a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals across various living settings, ensuring that they deliver personalized assistance and uphold accountability within the group.
- Oversee the quality of life for individuals, ensuring they are supported in their preferred lifestyles
- Collaborate with the Director of Living Options & Services and engage with key stakeholders
- Build and mentor teams to provide ongoing feedback and maintain compliance with established standards
- Required qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, five years of experience in the field, and at least three years in a supervisory role
- Flexible scheduling is necessary, with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, along with five years of experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including a minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity.
