Food and Consumables Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Consumables Coach to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams effectively, providing exceptional customer service, and driving financial performance and sales of the designated store area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring
- Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
