Food and Consumables Coach

Job Summary
As a Food and Consumables Coach at Walmart, you will play a vital role in driving the financial performance and sales of the designated store area. You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in designated business areas to confirm they are indexed to sales. Additionally, you will monitor and ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate P&L statements to ensure accurate financial reporting
Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in designated business areas
Monitor and ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes
Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved for business areas
Requirements
2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$80,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
Sales Volume Category (SVC) (based on facility sales volume)
Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
