Job Summary:

As an Onsite Technical Support Technician with Omni Inclusive, you will provide high-quality technical services to end-users, ensuring seamless support and minimizing downtime. Your expertise will be essential in installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as performing break-fix, desk-side support, and data migration tasks. You will also be responsible for providing onsite technical assistance, identifying potential issues, and managing the ticket queue to ensure timely resolution and closure within the defined service level agreement. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors, perform security and compliance-related tasks, and provide IT support for on-site or off-site events and meetings. If required, you will also provide on-call support outside of business hours on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Perform break-fix, desk-side support, and data migration tasks
Provide onsite technical assistance to end-users
Identify potential issues and follow through on action steps to prevent
Manage the ticket queue and ensure timely resolution and closure
Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support
Perform security and compliance-related tasks
Provide IT support for on-site or off-site events and meetings
Provide on-call support if required outside of business hours

Requirements:

Minimum of one to three years of technical experience in providing quality services to end-users
Strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop, laptop, and mobile device configurations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
