Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to manage all aspects of our company's financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and have a strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintain general ledger and journal entries.
- Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
