Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting General and Administrative (G&A) functions, including Human Resources and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the COO and HR departments to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Prepare and present financial analysis, forecasts, reports, and recommendations to senior business and finance leaders to support critical decision-making opportunities.
  • Assist with monthly reporting packages for senior management and executives, including actuals and forecast explanations.
  • Provide insights into budget variances, financial performance, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Lead the month-end close processes (accruals) with accounting and corporate FP&A.
  • Run monthly close flash reporting and monthly expense variances.
  • Create presentations to inform senior leadership on department variances and forecasts.
  • Track, reconcile, and report on monthly workforce planning and headcount.
  • Assist with establishing and maintaining relevant financial metrics to be provided as a dashboard for senior management and business partners.
  • Drive high-quality, timely analysis that contributes to the high performance and success of the business, including analytical models in support of new business opportunities and strategic investments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • 2+ years of experience in finance with emphasis on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Experience with advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Experience with Adaptive and Oracle.

  • Ability to help facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communications.
  • Speed and accuracy in working with large data sets.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ability to spearhead work initiatives with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization.
