About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our team at Tokamak Energy. As a key member of our US operation, you will provide administrative support, community engagement, and talent acquisition services to help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support and oversee secondments and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Interface with UK TE Ltd financial accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Organize community engagement initiatives, including coordinating with consultants and local stakeholders to establish meaningful relationships and promote company goals.
  • Act as a representative of TE Inc at government and industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Support talent acquisition and retention efforts, including developing and executing a comprehensive strategy and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
  • Passion for organization, administrative management, and driving business results.
  • Autonomy, organization, and ability to hold people accountable.
  • Ability to support the US team with administrative and project-based tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a startup environment is preferred, as is experience with US government and national labs, and the energy sector.
