Position Overview:
A vital contributor to the Albireo Energy team, the HVAC Project Coordinator will oversee the financial outcomes and timely delivery of HVAC Automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers on project estimation, scope formulation, and essential design for comprehensive projects.
- Develop documentation for Sub-Contractor scope of work.
- Assist in the management and creation of Hardware and Software Design Submittals, installation schematics, Sequence of Operations, and Commissioning and/or Validation Documentation.

- Handle materials specification, ordering, tracking, and installation support.
- Schedule and manage start-up, installation, and commissioning processes.

- Maintain current As-Built documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate the final Turnover Package for the Owner, including design documentation, system backups, recovery, general use training, warranty, and service department turnover.

Documentation Management:
- Responsible for all project-related and client-required documentation, including but not limited to; Submittals, RFIs, schedules, safety compliance, and commissioning and/or validation.

- Manage contracts and subcontracts effectively.
- Supervise the performance of engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely and specification-compliant work completion.

- Oversee and manage the change order process for the project.
- Ensure project closeout is completed thoroughly.

- Responsible for monthly invoicing and project forecasting.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in Construction Project Management.
- Strong computer proficiency is essential.
- Understanding of software configuration and programming for BMS and SCADA PLC systems.
- Experience in HVAC and mechanical system checkout, startup, and commissioning.
- Ability to interpret design documentation accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Project.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $90k-$110k/yr, depending on experience.
