Epic Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Senior Analyst to join our team in the Anesthesia and OpTime department. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and oversight to Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts, ensuring the successful implementation, build, and modification of the application.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary support to application end-users, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application, ensuring it meets the business and clinical needs of UHealth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access.
- Support junior staff members in day-to-day operations, resolving application issues, and executing day-to-day tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training strategies for application changes and new features.
- Participate in on-call rotations and maintain regular communication with team members, including weekly project team meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Epic Anesthesia and OpTime Certifications required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or healthcare-related organization.
- At least 3 years of Epic build experience.
- Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and hospital policies related to anesthesia documentation.
- Familiarity with scheduling workflows, resource management, and workflows that involve anesthesia staff.
- Familiarity with how anesthesiologists work with various hospital departments.
