Parts Manager Job Description

We are a leading John Deere dealer with a strong presence in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective Parts Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Execute the Parts Department marketing plan and monitor progress to achieve departmental goals
  • Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system
  • Assist with the development and training of Parts Department personnel
  • Support counter sales to meet customer needs
  • Promote and merchandise parts and accessories
  • Execute annual Parts Department goals and budget
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Parts Department operations
  • Experience leading others
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
