Job Description

**Job Summary**

Domino's Franchise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and cash handling to maintain profitability.
  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
