What You’ll be Doing:
- Open and close the store
- Direct workflow on the sales floor
- Assist customers with request in store and on the phone
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
- Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Keep store neat and clean at all times
- Ring up customers at the cash register, take payments, and issue receipts
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
- 1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred
- Willing to work nights and weekends
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Hight attention to detail
- Demonstrated selling skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Bi-Lingual a plus
- Leadership and organizational development skills.
- Sales and merchandising bets practices.
- Customer service techniques including communication, and the ability to outperform the expectations of our customers.
- The ability to adapt to fast and unique situations to provide an amazing customer experience.
- How to network and build long lasting relationships with both customers and your fellow employees.
