Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team at Dynamic Dental Corp. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for soliciting business from an established sales territory and performing cold calls to prospective customers over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit business from an established sales territory and perform cold calls to prospective customers over the telephone.
  • Customers assigned serviced with forethought and pre-planning, minimizing the need for emergency services.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceed sales quota for the territory assigned.
  • Secures and places orders and arranges delivery date.
  • Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Prepares report on sales activities.
Requirements
  • One year certificate from college or technical school with a four year college degree preferred.
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished (in written, oral, or diagram form) and to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.) or the aptitude to learn.
