Penn State Harrisburg is seeking a Part-time Assistant Game Day Manager to assist with game day organization, event set-up/tear-down, and in-game management for the Academic Year.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with game day organization of student-worker staff
  • Event set-up/tear-down and in-game management
  • Welcome opposing teams/officials and direct them around the facilities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy game experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators

Requirements:

  • Employment with the University requires successful completion of PA Publicly Available Clearances
  • Valid US driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions

Working Conditions:

Hours will vary between 12 to 24 hours per week. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the vacancy is filled.
