Job Overview

The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association is seeking an Operations Specialist to enhance our Urology and Personal Protection product divisions. This role will be a hybrid position, allowing for both remote work and collaboration with teams.

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for generating, reviewing, and interpreting reports to develop and execute strategies with cross-functional teams aimed at minimizing service level challenges.

This position will primarily assist the Product Management teams within the Division(s).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the divisional inbox to assist Product Managers with requests such as expedited receiving and inventory breakdown.
  • Manage Surplus Inventory – Collaborate with Product Managers and Inventory Management to facilitate surplus reduction, including processing scrap and RTV orders as needed.
  • Ensure Service Levels – Work closely with Inventory Management to enhance service delivery, expedite product shipments, and review inventory on hold.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to address vendor-related issues, including reviewing overbilling notices and processing debit and credit memos.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Nquire) and provide necessary training to Division personnel.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in relevant business or administrative support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access, with the ability to perform tasks such as creating queries, managing data types, and utilizing advanced functions.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
