Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement education programs to enhance nursing staff knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on medical acute care nursing.
  • 1 year of experience as a charge nurse or team leader.
  • 1 year of experience in specialty care.
  • Preferred: 1 year of progressive leadership experience.
Certifications/Licensures:
  • RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Nursing.
  • BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
  • Specialty certifications - ANCC American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working 12-hour night shifts.

Pay Range:

$113.47 per hour.
