Job Title: Assistant Residential Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Residential Manager to join our team at League School for Autism. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Residential Manager will play a critical role in the daily operation of our residential program, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. This position requires a strong leader who can supervise and support our Direct Support Professionals, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals in the daily care and support of residents.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents, including administering medications and responding to emergencies.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the Assistant Residential Director and other members of the treatment team.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Direct Support Professionals, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and League School policies.
  • Perform other related duties as directed by League School administration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or relevant experience (3 – 5 years working in a residential program for children with special needs).
  • Experience supervising staff preferred.
  • Safety Care, CPR, and First Aid certifications (will provide training).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must pass CORI background check.
