Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives and support sales efforts.
- Participate in project estimation and bidding activities.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules.
- Coordinate project timelines to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Assign and oversee in-house trade work on a weekly basis.
- Manage project finances and profitability assessments.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project expectations are met throughout all phases.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for organization and relationship management. A minimum of five years of experience in construction project management or related fields is required. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred, along with experience in high-end residential projects. Familiarity with all construction phases is essential, as is proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100K to $130K.
- Generous PTO policy of 3-4 weeks.
