Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives and support sales efforts.
  • Participate in project estimation and bidding activities.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules.

  • Assign and oversee in-house trade work on a weekly basis.
  • Manage project finances and profitability assessments.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for organization and relationship management. A minimum of five years of experience in construction project management or related fields is required. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred, along with experience in high-end residential projects. Familiarity with all construction phases is essential, as is proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $100K to $130K.
