Madewell Sales Associate Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Madewell, you will be responsible for driving sales by exceeding selling and service expectations. You will help welcome customers into the Madewell community, create genuine connections, and become an expert on all things denim. Your goal will be to help customers express their authentic selves through our products. You will complete training, use product knowledge tools, participate in fit sessions, and put those experiences to use in your daily work.
