Denver, Colorado, United States TurboTenant Full time
About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Growth Team. As a senior member of our Design organization, you'll work closely with engineering, product management, and customer experience to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-informed design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and iterate on experiments aimed at optimizing conversion funnels and improving user engagement metrics
  • Implement and iterate on landing page designs using Elementor in WordPress
  • Deliver high-quality work at the appropriate velocity by working quickly, prioritizing ruthlessly, and strategically cutting scope
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative user research
  • Produce design work that adheres to our high brand, visual design, and user experience standards
  • Contribute to our design system
  • Work with Engineering and QA to ensure the user experience and visual design matches your high standards
  • Collaborate with the design team to improve how we function as a Design org

Requirements:

  • High standards and design taste
  • Ability to speak up when work doesn't meet your high standards
  • Proven track record of helping ship a high-quality product
  • Strong general design skills, with one or two superpowers
  • Strong desire to receive and give feedback
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort pitching your ideas, defending your thoughts, and making product decisions
  • Experience using and contributing to a design system
  • Experience leading user research
  • A strong product and business sense
  • Basic front-end development skills with experience in building out landing pages within a CMS
  • At least 3-4 years of experience working as a product designer

We care less about your specific degree or years of experience. Your design skills, speed of delivery, product sense, high standards, attention to detail, communication skills, emotional intelligence, etc. are more important to us.
