About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Avis Budget Group as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our airport lots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a dynamic setting.
  • Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
  • Effective verbal communication skills and a willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
