About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing assistance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our patients, including assisting with daily living activities, managing medications, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Manage medications and treatments, as directed by licensed healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and concerns, maintaining accurate and confidential records
Requirements
  • Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospice or long-term care environment
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
