We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 030. As a key member of our outpatient mental health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed treatment goals, showcasing your creativity and expertise in the field.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure a minimum of 30 client visits per week, fostering a strong therapeutic relationship with each individual.
- Collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff to provide comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company initiatives.
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) in good standing for the state of Florida.
- Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in completing biopsychosocials, treatment plans, and case notes in a timely manner.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work with a diverse client base within your professional scope.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
