Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed treatment goals, showcasing your creativity and expertise in the field.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure a minimum of 30 client visits per week, fostering a strong therapeutic relationship with each individual.
  • Collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff to provide comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) in good standing for the state of Florida.
  • Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in completing biopsychosocials, treatment plans, and case notes in a timely manner.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work with a diverse client base within your professional scope.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
