About the Role

Dial Silvercrest Corp. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Dining Room Server to join our team. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve residents meals and take orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their satisfaction with every meal.
  • Set tables for upcoming meals and reset tables after each meal to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
  • Inform residents about the day's menu options and accommodate their dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Prepare beverages before meals and serve residents their preferred drinks.
  • Clear tables throughout meals and bus tables after each meal to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to community operations and personnel protocols.
  • Report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift.
Requirements
  • Age 16 or older
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
