Job Title: Manager of ECHO Program

Aurora Housing Authority is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as the Manager of ECHO Program. The successful candidate will provide leadership and supervision to ECHO staff members, ensuring the effective implementation of programs and services that promote the well-being and empowerment of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to ECHO staff members, ensuring the effective implementation of programs and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the well-being and empowerment of residents, including education, health, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with community partners and organizations to connect residents with opportunities and resources.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide training and support to ECHO staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a related field, such as social work, public health, or education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on community development and resident services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and partnership.
