Requirements:

  • Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of PC and Mac systems.
  • Ambitious with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills in French Canadian or Spanish a plus.

Education:

Associate's degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
