- Work under the direction of the Consumer Care Manager to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide informed support.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of PC and Mac systems.
- Ambitious with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer inquiries.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills in French Canadian or Spanish a plus.
Education:
Associate's degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
