Job Summary

Campbell Clinic PC is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile field and handling instruments and equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain operating rooms, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and instruments.
  • Collaborate with the OR team to ensure efficient and safe patient care, including positioning and transferring patients.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and restocking.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in surgical technology or a related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience as a surgical technologist in a hospital or surgical setting.
  • Current certification as a surgical technologist (CST) or certified surgical assistant (CSA) from a nationally recognized certifying agency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
