As a key member of our patient access team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service from the moment they arrive at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets patients and visitors with professionalism and identifies their needs
  • Verifies patient demographic and insurance information
  • Obtains authorization and consent signatures
  • Works closely with clinical staff and other departments to respond to patient needs
  • Provides excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Adheres to corporate and compliance guidelines
Requirements
  • High school degree or GED
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in the use of computers and medical terminology
  • Bilingual skills a plus
