Scope of Work
As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the direction of our Nurse Leader. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while also partnering with patients and families to develop personalized care plans. You will also be responsible for documenting patient education and learning in the health record.

Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required within 5 years of hire.
- Current MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire.
