Job Overview

Direct Hire Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Protection Industry Salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, selling services to potential customers, and developing effective presentation strategies to sell our services to new potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential customers and assess their needs.
  • Sell services to potential customers, including fire protection equipment and services.
  • Develop and implement effective presentation strategies to sell our services to new potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in outside sales or field sales is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma/ GED.
  • 3+ years PROVEN prior, relevant work experience.
  • Able to travel to multiple job sites each day.
  • Able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders multiple times a day.
  • 2+ years of fire inspection sales experience preferred.
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office Suit.
  • Willing and able to work flexible shifts including but not limited to nights, early mornings, and weekends to meet client needs.
  • Geographical knowledge of the Las Vegas area and market.

Compensation starts at close to $25/HR with bonuses and commission available.
