Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, support, projects, enhancements, and all related services across various technology platforms to ensure ongoing profitability and effective communication with customers and partners. Responsibilities include executing MACDs, troubleshooting issues, maintaining comprehensive system and user documentation, ensuring compliance with operational processes and policies, and utilizing automated tools for proactive monitoring and daily testing.
- Collaborate closely with client engineers, analysts, IT colleagues, external vendors, and internal technical and business teams to assess, develop, and propose innovative technologies and methodologies aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's applications, telecommunications, and data system integration, anticipating necessary changes to mitigate impacts on business operations, customer interactions, and project workflows.
- Provide infrastructure support and testing for system patching, hardening, hardware/software upgrades, and troubleshooting activities related to telecommunications equipment.
- Assist the telecommunications infrastructure team in minimizing the effects of incidents, changes, upgrades, and installations on business functions.
- Act as an advanced resource for Operation Analysts, offering knowledge transfer and guidance on incident management.
- Work autonomously while meeting service level objectives and project deadlines.
- Ensure the functionality of telephony systems utilized by client contact center agents to drive financial performance.
- Achieve financial targets by accurately forecasting project needs and managing expenditures.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, along with relevant experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting and developing solutions within complex telecommunications environments.
- Experience with NICE CXone Administration and Scripting is essential.
- Preferred certifications include CCNA-Voice or CCNA-Collaboration.
- Advanced technical expertise in the NICE CXone cloud platform.
- At least 1 year of experience with NICE CXone Scripting.
- Extensive knowledge of telecommunication systems and management of intricate telecommunications infrastructures.
- Familiarity with various voice and call center technologies, including but not limited to PBX, gateways, ACD, voicemail, and call recording systems.
- Understanding of WAN/LAN technologies and VoIP/SIP call routing protocols, including experience with TCP/IP routers, clients, servers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and Citrix Desktop deployments.
- Proven ability to coordinate and isolate problems effectively.
- Capability to maintain operational service level agreement expectations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure during system outages and implementations.
Compensation: $50.00 per hour
