Day to Day

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the ServiceNow Problem and Incident Management module to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business analysis, with at least 7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree. This role requires a thorough understanding of ServiceNow's Problem and Incident Management functionalities, a strong ability to mine and interpret data, and skills in reporting and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize business processes and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements using ServiceNow's Problem and Incident Management module
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Document processes clearly and effectively
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • At least 3-5 years of experience specifically with the Incident and Problem Management module of ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation
  • Strong data mining skills with the ability to identify and address process gaps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in additional ServiceNow modules or ITSM tools
  • Certification in ServiceNow or relevant business analysis methodologies
  • Familiarity with Visio for process documentation and Access
